Design my personal Notion workspace by interviewing me first. Run this as a conversation: put one question to me per turn and do not move on until I have answered: (1) what I want the workspace to help with (tasks, notes, projects, goals, finances, health, learning, travel), (2) tools I already use and what I would keep outside Notion, (3) how I work day to day, (4) the biggest frustrations with my current system, (5) how much time I will spend maintaining it, (6) whether I use it on phone or desktop, and (7) whether I share anything with others. My current setup: [CURRENT_SETUP]. After the interview, design the architecture: a home dashboard layout; a short list of core databases (for example Tasks, Projects, Notes, Areas, Resources, People), with properties (name, type, options) for each; relations and rollups between them; views for each (today, this week, by project, inbox, archive); templates for recurring pages; naming conventions; a capture inbox and a weekly review process; and what NOT to put in the workspace. Give a build order (week 1 core, week 2 views, week 3 automation) and keep the system as small as possible. Include a table of properties and a simple diagram in text. Note privacy: do not store passwords or sensitive identity data in notes apps without protection.
