Summarize my long notes into layers. The notes: [PASTE_NOTES]. Purpose (review before an exam, prepare a meeting, write a report): [PURPOSE]. Who will read it: [READER]. Create progressive summaries: 1. Layer 1, one sentence: what these notes are about and why they matter. 2. Layer 2, five bullets: the most important points, each a complete sentence. 3. Layer 3, a structured summary of about 200 words with headings that follow the logic of the notes. 4. Layer 4, key terms and definitions (up to eight), numbers or dates to remember, and a list of open questions. 5. Action items extracted from the notes with owners and dates, if present; otherwise "none found". 6. A "what I'm unsure about" list: statements that are unclear or may be wrong. 7. Three self-test questions with answers from the notes. Rules: use only the content of the notes; do not add outside facts; keep the order of ideas unless a different structure is clearly better and explain why; quote exact figures; mark anything illegible or incomplete. Add a line saying which parts of the notes were not summarized and why. Provide a version in a table of Topic | Key point | Evidence | Next step if useful.
