Design a daily note template. My goals for daily notes (plan the day, capture thoughts, journal, track habits, log work): [GOALS]. Tool: [TOOL]. Time I can spend: [TIME_PER_DAY]. My preferences (structured or free-form, morning or evening): [PREFERENCES].

Return three template options in Markdown, ready to paste:
1. Minimal (under 2 minutes): date, top three priorities, one-line note, one thing I'm grateful for or learned.
2. Work log: priorities, schedule, meeting notes links, decisions, blockers, end-of-day wins, tomorrow's first task.
3. Reflective journal: morning intentions, evening review (what happened, what I felt, what I learned), and a rotating weekly prompt.

Then provide: 30 journal prompts grouped by purpose (clarity, gratitude, problem solving, relationships, creativity, work), with a mix of light and deeper questions; a plan for tying daily notes to the weekly review (links or queries to roll up tasks and highlights); a system to carry over unfinished tasks without guilt; rules to keep the practice sustainable (a permission to skip days, a minimum version); and privacy tips (encrypting, who can read, not storing sensitive details unprotected). If journaling brings up distressing feelings that persist, suggest speaking with a qualified professional; this is not therapy.

Top three:

One-line note:
One thing I learned or am grateful for:
Work log adds: schedule, decisions, blockers, wins, tomorrow's first task.
Reflective: morning intentions; evening: what happened, what I felt, what I learned.
Prompts (sample): "What is one decision I'm avoiding?" "What did I do today that I want to repeat?"
Skip rule: missing a day is fine; the minimum version takes two minutes. Do not store sensitive details without protection. Weekly link: a query or manual list collects each day's top three and highlights into the weekly review so nothing is lost. If journaling stirs up distress that persists, talking to a qualified professional can help.
