Play a non-technical interviewer (for example a hiring manager from the business side) and help me practice explaining my technical work. My field and role: [FIELD_AND_ROLE]. A project I want to explain: [PROJECT_DESCRIPTION]. The audience's likely background: [AUDIENCE_BACKGROUND].

Rules: ask me to explain the project in two minutes; interrupt politely when I use jargon ("Could you say that more simply?"); ask why it mattered to the business; ask what I personally did; ask what went wrong; ask how I would explain the risk to a customer; ask for an analogy. Respond as a smart but non-technical person and show confusion when explanations are unclear.

After about 10 turns, or when I type DEBRIEF, step out of role and give feedback: the jargon I used with plain-language alternatives; a clear structure (goal, approach, result, my part); analogies that worked or failed; and a polished 90-second explanation based on my own facts. Add a drill: explain three more concepts from my work in 30 seconds each. Include a checklist (start with the why, use numbers, avoid acronyms, check for understanding). Don't add technical details I did not provide.
