Help me explain a resume with several short jobs. My jobs, dates, and reasons for leaving: [JOB_HISTORY]. The role I want now: [TARGET_ROLE]. What I want in the next job (stability, growth): [WHAT_I_WANT].
Study this pattern: facts -> theme -> learning -> commitment.
Example: "Over three years I had three roles. The first was a contract that ended as planned. The second was a startup that closed. The third changed scope after a reorganization. In each, I delivered measurable results, and I learned how to ramp up quickly in different environments. I'm now looking for a role where I can stay and grow, which is why I'm interested in your long-term product."
Write: a 30-second answer; a 60-second answer; a one-line version for an application form; how to order the resume to highlight stability and achievement (for example group contract roles under one heading, add 'contract' labels, show promotions); and responses to three follow-ups ("Why would you stay here?", "What was the shortest job and why?", "Did you leave any job under negative circumstances?"). Rules: be truthful, do not blame, avoid defensive tone, and show commitment with evidence, such as long-term projects, learning, or reasons the role fits. If one stint was a mistake, include a calm, honest line. Mark missing facts as [ADD DETAIL].

30-second answer: "Over three years I had three roles. The first was a contract that ended as planned. The second was a startup that closed. The third changed scope after a reorganization. In each I delivered measurable results and learned to ramp up quickly. I'm looking for a role where I can stay and grow, which is why your long-term product interests me." Resume tip: group contract roles under one heading, label them "contract", and show promotions. Follow-up: "Why would you stay here?" Answer with specifics about growth in this role.
