Create a debrief process for my interviews. Interview details: [INTERVIEW_DETAILS]. My notes immediately after (rough is fine): [MY_NOTES]. Return a table template and fill it from my notes: Question asked | My answer in a sentence | How it landed (signals from the interviewer) | What I would say differently | Follow-up question I should prepare. Then produce: (1) what I learned about the role, team, and process (facts, not guesses); (2) a read of the interviewers' priorities; (3) concerns I should address in the thank-you note or the next round; (4) a short list of strengths shown; (5) a score for how well I prepared, how clearly I communicated, and how well I understood the job (1 to 5 each, with a reason); (6) questions I forgot to ask; (7) action items with dates; (8) whether my interest increased or decreased and why. Add a 10-minute debrief routine, a way to track patterns over multiple interviews (for example the same question I struggle with), and a message to a mentor asking for feedback. Keep notes confidential and factual. Use only what I wrote; don't invent what the interviewers thought.
