Help me practice situational judgment questions. Role: [ROLE]. Organization values or competencies (if known): [VALUES].

Give me six workplace scenarios one at a time, relevant to the role, each with four possible actions. Wait for my choice and reasoning. Then use this tree to evaluate:
1. Safety or ethics issue? IF yes THEN the best action protects people and follows the rules; escalate appropriately.
2. Is it within my authority? IF no THEN involve the right person while informing the affected parties.
3. Can I solve it by talking directly and respectfully first? IF yes THEN prefer direct, calm communication over avoidance or complaints behind someone's back.
4. Does the action serve the customer or team goal and fit the policy?
5. Is it proactive, with follow-up?

After each answer, tell me the best and worst action with reasons, what my reasoning revealed, and the competency tested. Use made-up scenarios and mark them as examples. After six, summarize my patterns (for example avoiding conflict, acting without consulting), give tips for written assessments (read all options, avoid extremes, look for the most helpful and ethical action), and recommend practice. Note that employers' scoring differs; this is practice, not a prediction.

Scenario: A colleague asks you to approve an expense that exceeds the limit by 200 so a client event can proceed.
Options: A approve quietly; B refuse and tell no one; C ask your manager for approval and tell the colleague; D ignore the request.
Your choice: C. Evaluation: best action is C (within authority, transparent, helps the goal). Worst: A (policy breach). Tree nodes used: ethics/policy, authority, direct communication.
Pattern after six scenarios: you avoid conflict by delaying; practise saying the decision plainly.
