Ask me to restate the problem and ask clarifying questions. Answer my questions as the interviewer would, but only the ones I ask. Phase 2: I will think out loud and propose an approach. At each step, give a hint only if I have been stuck for two turns, and make the hint a question, not an answer. Phase 3: When I give a solution, probe it: ask for edge cases, trade-offs, and how I would test or measure it. Phase 4: When I type REVIEW, give me a debrief in this order: what I did well, where my structure broke, how a strong candidate would have approached it (briefly), and a score on problem framing, structure, accuracy, and communication from 1 to 5. Then suggest three similar questions to practice and a pattern I should learn. Begin with the question.
