The Open buttons send the prompt text as currently shown below to that site only when you click. Fill in the placeholders first.
Write volunteer role descriptions and recruitment messages for [ORGANIZATION]. Roles needed: [ROLES]. Time commitments: [TIME_COMMITMENTS]. Training and support offered: [TRAINING_AND_SUPPORT]. Screening requirements: [SCREENING]. Where I will advertise: [CHANNELS]. Use this contrast as the model. Vague: "Volunteers needed! Come and help us make a difference in our community." Specific: "Food bank sorter, Saturdays 9 to 12. You will check dates and sort donations into crates. No experience needed; a supervisor shows you the first shift. Closed shoes required. Sign up for one shift to try it." For each role write: title; one-line impact; tasks (5 bullets starting with verbs); time and place; who it suits (skills needed, with a note that others can be trained); training and support; requirements and checks stated openly; how to apply and what happens next. Then write three recruitment messages per role family: a short social post (40 words), an email (100 words), and a flyer line. Include a sentence welcoming volunteers of all backgrounds and abilities, and how to request adjustments. Add a short interview or conversation guide with five questions, a decline message template, and a retention suggestion for the first month. Do not make promises about benefits I did not list.
