TL;DR Summary With Key Decisions and Open Questions
Compress long text into a short summary that keeps the decisions and the unknowns.
The Open buttons send the prompt text as currently shown below to that site only when you click. Fill in the placeholders first.
Summarise the text below. Text: [LONG_TEXT]. Who will read the summary: [READER]. What they need to do afterwards: [READER_ACTION]. Format: one line headed TL;DR of no more than 30 words; then three short lists headed Decisions made, Actions with owners, and Open questions. If the text does not state an owner or a date, write unassigned or no date and do not guess. Keep numbers and names exactly as written, and quote any sentence where wording matters, such as a commitment. After the lists, add a line stating what the summary leaves out, for example background discussion or side comments, so the reader knows what to check in the original. Limit the entire answer to 200 words. Where the text contains numbers, copy them exactly and say what they refer to, because a summary that drops the unit or the date is worse than none. Where the text expresses uncertainty, such as may or could, keep that wording; do not turn a possibility into a fact. If two people in the text disagree, record both positions under the decisions heading with the label unresolved. Finish with one question I could ask the author to clear up the most important ambiguity.
