Review published content in Tableau Server or Cloud as a defensive review of my own site, recommending least privilege and ownership. List of projects, workbooks and data sources with owners, permissions, last viewed and sensitivity: [CONTENT_LIST]. Our policy: [POLICY]. Do not ask me to paste credentials.

Begin with inventory counts and arithmetic (340 workbooks of which 120 have not been viewed in a year is 35 percent). Group risks into data exposure, ownership and cleanliness. Check for unused content, content with no owner, data sources with embedded credentials, workbooks with broad edit rights, sensitive data visible to all users, duplicate data sources, and extracts without refresh. For each give the evidence from the list, the harm in plain words, the fix, and risk and effort. Retirement procedure: warn the owner, hide for 30 days, then delete after confirmation and a backup [VERIFY]. Recommend a naming and tagging scheme showing sensitivity and owner.

Return a table, a clean-up plan and a message to owners. Base findings on the list and say what you cannot see. Mark settings and admin steps [VERIFY].
