Please audit a spreadsheet model for hard-coded numbers and hidden assumptions that would make it misleading when conditions change. I will paste the formulas and the key inputs. Mention application features only with [VERIFY].

Inputs: the formulas that produce the main outputs, with cell addresses [KEY_FORMULAS], the input cells and their labels [INPUT_CELLS], what the model is meant to answer [MODEL_QUESTION], the date it was last reviewed [LAST_REVIEW_DATE], and the numbers I know are estimates [KNOWN_ESTIMATES].

Return: (1) a table with columns Cell, Formula, Constant found, What it probably represents (say "unknown" when unsure), Source known?, Should become an input cell?, Suggested label and unit; (2) the count of formulas containing typed constants and the percent of all formulas I pasted, showing the arithmetic; (3) a list of assumptions not stated anywhere (rates, dates, rounding, currency, time periods, inclusion or exclusion rules); (4) a sensitivity view: pick the three assumptions that could change the outcome most, and describe how you would test low, base and high values, with a worked example using my numbers; (5) an assumptions table template with columns Assumption, Value, Unit, Source, Owner, Last checked; (6) a change log template.
