Add a short monitoring routine: a daily check of the last-refreshed stamp, an owner for each connection, a renewal date for every credential, and a rule that numbers older than the expected refresh are marked stale in red on the dashboard. Record each failure with its cause and time to fix, and review the log monthly to remove the most frequent causes.
