Notion Sharing, Permissions and Guest Access Review
Check who can see and edit pages and what is shared publicly (defensive).
The Open buttons send the prompt text as currently shown below to that site only when you click. Fill in the placeholders first.
[VERIFY] is an editorial flag, not a blank to fill. Wherever the prompt shows [VERIFY], check that item against a reliable source before you use it.
Review sharing in our Notion workspace as a defensive review of my own workspace. Teamspaces and who has access: [TEAMSPACE_ACCESS]. Pages shared publicly or with guests: [SHARED_PAGES]. Types of content: [CONTENT_TYPES]. Our policy: [POLICY]. Begin by restating the access model as you understand it in three sentences so I can correct you; ask me about anything I did not describe, and separate what the lists show from assumptions. Then work through public pages, guests, teamspace members and ownership. Check for public links to internal pages, guests with edit rights, sensitive information in wide teamspaces, members who left, and unclear ownership. For each risk give the plain-language harm (for example a customer list visible to anyone with a link) and a fix in order of effort, rating risk and effort. Include a short procedure for exposed sensitive information: restrict first, tell the owner, record what happened, and follow the incident process [VERIFY]. Return a table, a priority order, a message to page owners, and a quarterly review routine. Recommend tightening access with the owner's agreement, and mark settings [VERIFY].
