Review a Notion database design. Properties with types, options and any formulas: [PROPERTIES]. Relations and rollups: [RELATIONS]. Views and filters: [VIEWS]. Problems noticed: [PROBLEMS].

Group the problems into data entry, data meaning and data use. Explain each issue in plain words and provide a fix, testing each formula in words against a normal and an empty case. Return a table with Property or view, Issue, Risk and Fix. Give the property count before and after your proposed simplification (for example 22 properties with 5 never filled and 4 free-text fields that could be selects), say which properties are safe to remove and which need a check for dependent formulas, relations or views, and provide the corrected design with the order of changes that keeps the database working at each step. Do not recommend changes that would lose data without a backup or export first. After each change, open every view and check the record count is unchanged. Add a short checklist for adding new properties, and mark syntax and property types you cannot verify [VERIFY].

Invented project database with 22 properties. Never filled: 5. Free text that could be a select: 4 (Status, Team, Priority, Type). Two relations to the same database. A formula that fails on empty dates. Views hiding data by an old filter: 2.
Simplified design: 14 properties (reduced by 36 percent: 8 of 22). Order of changes: fix the formula, convert the 4 text fields to selects with mapping, remove the 5 unused properties after checking views, merge the duplicate relation. Test: record count stays at 318 in the main view.

Illustrative only, made-up data. Your results will differ and must be reviewed.
