Audit late tasks. Export with task, assignee, due date, status, priority, last update, time estimate, tracked time and list: [TASK_EXPORT]. Today's date: [TODAY]. Define the measures first: overdue means a due date before today and a status not in a closed group; stuck means no update for 14 days. Present headline numbers with arithmetic, for example 54 overdue of 310 open tasks is 17.4 percent and 38 stuck is 12.3 percent. Also calculate average days overdue and tasks without estimates. Group by assignee only to see workload, not to rank people: someone with 40 open tasks and 12 overdue may be overloaded. Read a sample of 15 stuck tasks and classify the cause: waiting on someone, unclear scope, too large, deprioritised or forgotten. Propose fixes for each cause (smaller tasks, clearer owners, reminders, balanced workload) and a weekly 15-minute triage in which every overdue task is rescheduled, split or closed with a comment. Return a table; focus on process, not blame.
