Find unused lists, duplicate fields and confusing statuses.

The Open buttons send the prompt text as currently shown below to that site only when you click. Fill in the placeholders first.

[VERIFY] is an editorial flag, not a blank to fill. Wherever the prompt shows [VERIFY], check that item against a reliable source before you use it.

Audit our ClickUp workspace. Spaces, folders and lists with last activity and task counts: [STRUCTURE_LIST]. Custom fields: [CUSTOM_FIELDS]. Statuses per list: [STATUSES]. Complaints: [COMPLAINTS].

Explain how you measured activity, and warn if the activity column seems to show only the last edit rather than real use. Identify empty or inactive lists, near-duplicates, custom fields with overlapping meanings, status sets that differ without reason, and naming inconsistencies. Count each category and give the share of lists inactive for more than 90 days.

Return a table and a staged plan: archive, merge, rename, with the person to ask for each list and an estimate in minutes by action type. Propose a naming convention and test it by renaming ten current items. Do not delete anything with history, and check dependencies before merging fields because they can affect dashboards and automations [VERIFY]. Plan one month (inventory and agreement, archive, merge, review), a governance rule for new lists and fields, and a short announcement asking for objections by a date.
