Mailchimp Email Content Accessibility and Clarity Audit
Check emails for readability and access.
The Open buttons send the prompt text as currently shown below to that site only when you click. Fill in the placeholders first.
[VERIFY] is an editorial flag, not a blank to fill. Wherever the prompt shows [VERIFY], check that item against a reliable source before you use it.
Audit emails. Text, structure and design description of each: [EMAIL_DESCRIPTIONS]. Colours (hex) if known: [COLOURS]. Read each email as a subscriber would on a phone with images turned off, then reason about a screen reader from the description. Check that the subject and preview text make sense together, the main message is in text and not only in an image, headings are real headings, links say where they go, alt text exists, font and button sizes are readable and tappable, reading order is logical, and the call to action is clear. Compute contrast only where I give colours and mark [VERIFY]. Score each from 1 to 5, total, count emails below 4, and rewrite the weakest call to action in one sentence. Return a table, and note what cannot be judged from a description. Put the fixes in order of effort, quickest first. Ask me for any missing detail, such as the colours used or how the buttons are built, rather than guessing, and list what could not be judged from a text description alone.
