Mailchimp Automation Journey Audit
Check automations for logic errors and overlap.
The Open buttons send the prompt text as currently shown below to that site only when you click. Fill in the placeholders first.
[VERIFY] is an editorial flag, not a blank to fill. Wherever the prompt shows [VERIFY], check that item against a reliable source before you use it.
Audit Mailchimp automations. List with trigger, steps, delays, conditions, goal, audience and results: [AUTOMATION_LIST]. Draw each journey as a numbered flow from trigger to exit, then look at each point for problems: a contact who qualifies for two journeys at once, a delay that makes the message wrong by the time it arrives, no exit when the goal is met (buyers still getting reminders), broken links, outdated offers, missing consent conditions, a branch nobody can reach, and emails with no clear action. Estimate the largest number of emails a contact could receive in a week across all journeys, showing the sum. Return a table of fixes in order, a test contact route for each journey (test before changing anything), and documentation fields: owner, purpose and last tested. Mark feature names [VERIFY]. Rank the problems by how many contacts they affect and say which to fix first. Keep the documentation fields short enough that an owner will actually fill them in, and tell me when each journey should next be tested.
