[VERIFY] is an editorial flag, not a blank to fill. Wherever the prompt shows [VERIFY], check that item against a reliable source before you use it.
Audit fulfilment, keeping the analysis about processes, not people. Orders for a month with order date, ship date, delivery date if known, shipping method, errors (wrong item, missing item, damaged) and complaints: [ORDER_DATA]. The promise made at checkout: [CHECKOUT_PROMISE]. Calculate order accuracy (orders without error divided by all orders), the share shipped within the promised handling time, the share delivered within the window, average and 90th percentile handling time (averages hide the bad days), and error rate by product and by day of week, with arithmetic. Separate our delays from carrier delays. Example four-week table (invented): orders 410, 380, 520, 450; error-free 392, 366, 480, 436; accuracy 95.6, 96.3, 92.3 and 96.9 percent; shipped on time 88, 91, 76, 89 percent. The busy week had more errors and more delay, so volume stretches the process. Root cause worksheet for the 10 most recent error orders: product, what went wrong, and what would have prevented it (barcode check, shelf label, packing checklist, different carton). Error cost: 14 errors at 12 reshipping plus 6 service time is 252 a month. Recommend two process changes with a trial period and measure, an escalation rule when accuracy falls below a threshold for two weeks, and checkout promise wording that matches real performance, such as ships within 2 working days. Interfaces and plans differ, so flag each feature or setting you are unsure of [VERIFY] and ask me to check it in my own account.
