Audit inventory. Sample count of products: system quantity versus physical count; list of stock-outs in the last 90 days with days out of stock and average daily sales before: [INVENTORY_DATA]. Display the count results with arithmetic: accuracy is items matching divided by items counted (84 of 100 is 84 percent); list the largest differences and the average absolute difference. Estimate lost sales as days out of stock times average daily sales, with the assumption stated and a low and high estimate if days are uncertain (5 days at 6 sales a day is 30 units). Identify likely causes by pattern: returns not restocked, damaged goods, theft, bundle components not deducted, unrecorded transfers and manual edits. Propose a count schedule by product class, a reorder point (average daily sales times lead time, plus safety stock) with a worked example, and safety stock levels. Return a table and a plan. Platform menus, limits and policies change, so mark what you cannot confirm [VERIFY] and point me to the current help pages.
