Plan a newsletter for [TOPIC_OR_BUSINESS]. Audience: [AUDIENCE]. Why they would read it: [READER_VALUE]. Time I can spend each week: [HOURS]. Email tool: [EMAIL_TOOL]. Interview me first with up to five questions, one at a time, about the reader's problem, my credibility, tone, frequency and what I will not cover. Then produce: a one-sentence promise; a recurring structure of four sections with word counts; a schedule I can keep; five subject lines for issue one; and a complete first issue of about 350 words using only the facts I give you. Add the signup page copy under 80 words, a welcome email under 120 words, and a checklist for consent and unsubscribe requirements in [REGION] [VERIFY]. Mark gaps as questions instead of inventing details. For the first issue, use this structure: a one-line hook, a short story or example from my experience, three practical points, one link to something useful and a question for readers to answer by replying. After the issue, list the facts I still need to supply, and suggest the one improvement that would make issue two easier to write. Include a calendar for the first eight weeks showing the topic of each issue, so I can see whether the plan is sustainable on my time. Keep the tone friendly and direct, avoid hype words, and give every claim a source or mark it for my confirmation. Provide a checklist for the setup of the email tool: sender name, reply-to address, domain authentication to ask a technical person about, unsubscribe link, and a test send to two addresses on different providers. Finish with a short list of three risks to a new newsletter, such as running out of topics by issue six or letting quality slip when busy, and a mitigation for each that fits the time I said I have.
