[VERIFY] is an editorial flag, not a blank to fill. Wherever the prompt shows [VERIFY], check that item against a reliable source before you use it.
Draft a service blueprint. Service and scenario: [SERVICE_AND_SCENARIO]. Customer actions: [CUSTOMER_ACTIONS]. Staff and system processes: [STAFF_AND_SYSTEMS]. Produce a blueprint table with lanes: Customer actions | Frontstage (visible employee interactions) | Line of visibility | Backstage (invisible employee actions) | Support processes and systems | Physical evidence. Fill in columns by stage. Mark failure points, wait times, and handoffs. For each failure point note the customer impact and a fix. Add a list of metrics per stage (response time, error rate), a section on where the experience depends on internal handoffs, and recommendations ranked by impact and effort. Include questions to confirm with the staff who run the service. Mark unverified steps as [VERIFY]. Add an analysis of the three failure points with the highest customer impact, the handoffs between teams, and one improvement per failure point with an owner. Include a legend for the lanes and symbols used. Keep the blueprint to one page and number each step so the failure points can be referenced in the follow-up actions.
