Add an emotion curve described in text, a summary of the three biggest moments of truth, and prioritized opportunities with a simple impact-effort score (1 to 5 each) showing arithmetic. Include questions about gaps where the notes were silent and suggestions for additional research. Do not invent quotes or touchpoints. List the three moments of truth with evidence, rank the pain points by how many participants mentioned them, and provide a text description of the emotion curve for readers who cannot see a chart.
