Itinerary Stress Test

[VERIFY] is an editorial flag, not a blank to fill. Wherever the prompt shows [VERIFY], check that item against a reliable source before you use it.
Stress test my travel plan. Paste the itinerary with times: [ITINERARY]. Travellers: [TRAVELLERS]. Transport booked: [TRANSPORT]. Check every transition for realism: connection times, check-in and check-out windows, travel between venues, queues, meal times, and energy levels. List risks in a table with Day | Risk | Likelihood | Impact | Fix. Identify the three tightest connections and what happens if each fails, with a plan B. Check for closed days, public holidays and seasonal factors, marked [VERIFY]. Propose an edited itinerary with buffer time and cut the least valuable activities. Provide a "if we are running late" rule for each day. Add a final table that shows total transit minutes per day before and after your edits, and a list of the activities you cut with the reason, so that I can reinstate any of them knowingly. Ask me for any times missing from my paste rather than assuming them. Add a worked example of one day tested, with invented times: arrival at 10:20, bags to the hotel (check-in only from 15:00), a timed-entry ticket at 12:00 at a venue 35 minutes away, and dinner at 20:00. Show the buffer calculation for each transition, the resulting risk table row, and the edited plan. Label it an illustration. Add a scoring method that rates each day from 0 to 10 for rush risk using four factors (number of transitions, shortest buffer, total travel time, fixed-time bookings) so I can compare days. Provide a short list of changes ordered by effect (remove one stop, swap the order, book a different time) and instructions for deciding what to drop when running late during the trip. Close with a short summary I can read in a minute: the three tightest points, the fix chosen for each, and the rule for what I drop first if the trip falls behind. Wherever a fact depends on the date, my passport or the season, say so and tag it [VERIFY] so that I confirm it with the provider.
