Weekly Pipeline Review Meeting Script With Reports and Questions
Run a pipeline review that produces decisions, not recitals.
The Open buttons send the prompt text as currently shown below to that site only when you click. Fill in the placeholders first.
[VERIFY] is an editorial flag, not a blank to fill. Wherever the prompt shows [VERIFY], check that item against a reliable source before you use it.
Create a weekly pipeline review for a sales team using Salesforce data. Team size and deal sizes: [TEAM_AND_DEAL_SIZES]. Sales stages and exit criteria: [STAGES]. Reports available (pipeline by stage, closing this month, stalled deals): [AVAILABLE_REPORTS]. Targets: [TARGETS]. Write a 45-minute agenda with time boxes that add up: wins and misses last week (5 minutes), commit and best case for the month (10), deals that moved or stalled (15), next steps and help needed (10), and risks and decisions (5). Provide the questions a manager asks for each deal (who is the buyer, what is the next step with a date, what could stop it, what evidence supports the close date), the fields reps must update before the meeting, and a one-page deal summary template. Include a coverage calculation (pipeline value divided by remaining target, showing the arithmetic with invented numbers) and a rule for forecast categories. Add rules for respectful coaching. Mark report names, forecast features and field names as [VERIFY] since they differ by edition and setup.
