RFP Answer Writer With Evidence
Answer requirements precisely and credibly.
The Open buttons send the prompt text as currently shown below to that site only when you click. Fill in the placeholders first.
[VERIFY] is an editorial flag, not a blank to fill. Wherever the prompt shows [VERIFY], check that item against a reliable source before you use it.
Write answers to RFP questions. The questions or requirements (paste exactly): [RFP_QUESTIONS]. My capabilities, past projects, certifications, and facts: [MY_FACTS]. Evaluation criteria and weights, if stated: [EVALUATION_CRITERIA]. Word limits: [WORD_LIMITS]. For each question, produce: 1. A compliance line: Meets, Partially meets, or Does not meet, with a plain statement (never claim compliance I cannot prove). 2. The answer, led by the direct response in the first sentence, followed by how we do it, evidence (project, number, certification with number as a placeholder), and what the buyer gets. 3. A reference to attached evidence (policy, case study, certificate). 4. A reviewer note on risks or items needing a subject expert or legal review. Follow this style example. Question: "Describe your data backup process." Answer: "Meets. We back up customer data every four hours and keep daily backups for 35 days in a separate region. We test restores quarterly; the last test on 12 September restored a 200 GB dataset in 41 minutes [VERIFY]. Evidence: Backup Policy v3, Appendix B." Mirror the buyer's terminology, keep to word limits, avoid superlatives, and mark all unknown facts as [ADD FACT]. Add a final check against the evaluation criteria: where do answers score high or low, and what additional evidence would improve them?
