Write the opening summary of a proposal. What the client said (paste their words from emails, calls, or the request): [CLIENT_WORDS]. My solution in brief: [MY_SOLUTION]. Proof I can use, truthful: [PROOF]. Price band: [PRICE_BAND].

Learn from this contrast.
Weak: "We are a full-service agency with 12 years of experience delivering innovative solutions."
Strong: "You told us that your quote requests arrive by email, get answered in three days, and that you suspect you lose about a third of them to faster competitors. This proposal shows how we would get every quote request answered within two hours without adding staff."

Write three versions of 120 to 160 words: problem-led, outcome-led, and risk-led (for a cautious buyer). Each must quote or paraphrase at least two specifics from the client's words, state the outcome with a measure, say what happens first, and end with one sentence on why us that rests on evidence, not adjectives. Then provide a "mirror check" table: Client phrase | Where it appears | Version. Flag any claim needing proof as [ADD PROOF]. Do not invent client statements or results.
