Write scheduling messages for discovery calls. Prospect sources (inbound form, outbound reply, referral): [SOURCES]. My scheduling method (link, proposed times, assistant): [SCHEDULING_METHOD]. Call length and format: [CALL_LENGTH_AND_FORMAT]. My tone: [TONE]. Write: (1) first reply to an inbound request (60 to 90 words) that confirms what I understood, states the purpose and length of the call, and offers a link plus two times; (2) a reply to a referral (the introducer is copied, then moved to bcc); (3) a confirmation message with the agenda and what to prepare (three items at most) and a reschedule option; (4) a reminder 24 hours before with the link and dial-in; (5) a same-day reminder (20 words); (6) a no-show message that is kind and offers a new time; (7) a reschedule request reply; (8) a polite message to someone who keeps postponing. Rules: keep each to what the person needs; time zones stated clearly; include accessibility options (captions, a phone option); do not use pressure. Add a checklist: calendar invite includes the link and agenda, attendees listed, notes shared after. Provide a metric to track show rate and a hypothesis list for improving it.
