[VERIFY] is an editorial flag, not a blank to fill. Wherever the prompt shows [VERIFY], check that item against a reliable source before you use it.
Write an abstract. Study title, question, methods, key results and conclusions, as in my draft: [STUDY_SUMMARY]. Word limit and structure required: [LIMIT_STRUCTURE]. Audience: [AUDIENCE]. Produce an abstract that states the purpose, method, main findings, and implications in the required length, using only the results I provided and no new claims. Give a structured version (background, methods, results, conclusions) and an unstructured version. Provide a checklist: stand-alone, no undefined abbreviations, numbers match the paper, tense consistent, and keywords listed. Offer three keyword options. Mark any figure or claim I should verify against the manuscript [VERIFY]. Also add a worked example for an invented study, labelled as an illustration, showing the four-part structure at 150 words, and a final check that compares every number in the abstract with the results section. Add a list of five words and phrases to avoid in abstracts, such as vague intensifiers, and an instruction to state what was found and not only what was examined.
