Measure the share of actions completed (completed divided by agreed; 5 of 8 is 62.5 percent) and, if it stays low, agree fewer actions. Tag uncertain tool details [VERIFY]. Write the closing question for the facilitator: which action will we check first next time? Keep names off feedback cards unless people choose to add them, and list the actions still open from last time at the top of the board.
