Plan a Trello board for coursework. Subjects and deadlines: [SUBJECTS_AND_DEADLINES]. Weekly study time: [STUDY_TIME]. Exams and assignments: [EXAMS_AND_ASSIGNMENTS]. Board layout: lists Backlog, This week, Today, Waiting and Done; a card template with Subject, Deadline, Estimated hours, Steps checklist and Materials; labels per subject. Rules: no more than three cards in Today, break any card larger than two hours, and review on Sunday for 15 minutes. Worked plan: an essay due in 21 days needs 12 hours (3 for research, 3 for outline and notes, 4 for drafting, 2 for editing), which is 4 hours a week across three weeks; place the steps on specific days and leave two days spare. Be realistic about hours and leave slack. Add an exam revision plan with spaced sessions, and what to do when you fall behind: cut scope and ask for help early. Keep the board light enough to maintain during exams, and say what to drop first when time is short. Suggest a Sunday ten-minute review with three questions, and how to move cards forward when a plan slips.
