Interpret my sprint or release chart. Data (daily remaining work, or cumulative completed and total scope): [CHART_DATA]. Sprint or release length: [LENGTH]. Notes on events: [EVENTS]. Calculate: the ideal line (starting work divided evenly across days); actual minus ideal for each day; the current gap as a percentage of the work remaining; the daily rate needed to finish on time versus the average of the last three days; and the projected finish date at the current rate. For a burn-up, track scope changes separately and show their effect on the forecast. Output format: 1. A table with one row per day: Day | Ideal | Actual | Gap | Note. 2. The projected finish date and the minimum daily rate to meet the end date, with the gap shown as a percentage. 3. Pattern diagnosis: flat start, late drop, upward steps (scope added), plateau (blocked work), each with a hypothesis for the cause and the question that would test it. 4. Three questions for the team. 5. Options (cut scope, add help, extend the date, remove blockers) with trade-offs. Warn about gaming and misreading, and say plainly when the data is too short to judge.
