The Open buttons send the prompt text as currently shown below to that site only when you click. Fill in the placeholders first.
Create a weekly project status report. Project: [PROJECT]. This week's work: [THIS_WEEK]. Next week's plan: [NEXT_WEEK]. Issues, risks, and needs: [ISSUES_RISKS_NEEDS]. Provide a template and a filled example based on my information. Sections: overall status (green, amber, red) with one sentence of reason; progress against milestones (table: milestone, due date, forecast date, status); accomplishments (3 to 5 bullets with outcomes not activities); next week's plan; budget (spent, forecast, variance, with arithmetic); top risks and issues (with owner and action); decisions needed (with date); and changes to scope or schedule. Include definitions for status colors, a length limit of one page, and a check for honesty: no watermelon reporting (green outside, red inside). Show a before and after of a poor accomplishment line. Before "Worked on the website." After "Completed checkout page design; approved by client on Wednesday." Restrict the report to one page, put the overall status and the reason in the first line, and limit accomplishments to five outcomes. Provide the blank template separately from the filled example.

Project: Office move. Status: Amber, because the cabling contractor has slipped by one week. Milestones: floor plan approved (done 4 March); furniture ordered (due 11 March, forecast 11 March); cabling complete (due 25 March, forecast 1 April); move weekend (28 March, at risk). Accomplished: furniture order placed; staff seating survey returned by 41 of 48 people. Budget: spent 62,000 of 140,000 (44 percent) with 55 percent of work done, favorable. Risks: cabling delay (owner Lucy, daily contact with contractor). Decision needed by 8 March: move weekend to 4 April or add a second crew at 3,500.
