Design a monday.com board for this process: [PROCESS_DESCRIPTION]. Team and roles: [TEAM]. What we need to see at a glance: [VIEW_NEEDS]. Information we always have to collect: [DATA_NEEDS].

Propose the board name, the groups (with the rule for which item goes in which group), and no more than ten columns with the type of each (status, person, date, timeline, dropdown, text, numbers, files) and what each is for; say which columns you left out and why, and which are required for a healthy item. Define each status label with its meaning and colour, and say which one means finished. Use the team's own words and avoid abbreviations new people would not know. Suggest two saved views (by person and by date) and one dashboard widget that answers the team's main question. Mark column types or features you are unsure of [VERIFY on our plan].

Test with one real item: walk it from creation to finished through every status; if a status is skipped in practice, remove it. Offer a one-week trial plan: who enters data, what we review, and three questions at the end of the week.
