Score customer opportunities from survey data. Importance and satisfaction ratings for each outcome from [N_RESPONDENTS] respondents: [SURVEY_DATA]. Segments: [SEGMENTS]. For each outcome calculate: mean importance, mean satisfaction, and opportunity score = importance + max(importance - satisfaction, 0). Show the arithmetic step by step for the first three outcomes, round to one decimal place, and flag any outcome rated by fewer than 30 respondents as unreliable. Classify each outcome as underserved (high importance, low satisfaction), overserved (low importance, high satisfaction), or appropriately served, and say what thresholds you used. Output format: 1. A ranked table: Outcome | Importance | Satisfaction | Opportunity score | Class | Sample size. 2. A segment comparison highlighting only differences large enough to matter given the sample sizes. 3. The top five opportunities, each with a solution hypothesis, the evidence to collect next, and the main risk. 4. A text grid of importance against satisfaction. Caution: ratings show stated, not observed, behavior; recommend pairing with interviews and usage data.
