Draft an outcome-based roadmap. Product vision and strategy: [VISION_AND_STRATEGY]. Company goals: [COMPANY_GOALS]. Current ideas and commitments: [IDEAS_AND_COMMITMENTS]. Time horizons: [HORIZONS]. Produce a Now / Next / Later roadmap. For each theme: the customer or business problem, the outcome (measurable), why now, key bets with confidence level (high, medium, low), dependencies, and what we will learn. Rewrite any feature-based item into an outcome. Before "Build notifications." After "Reduce the share of invoices paid late from 22 percent to 15 percent through timely reminders." Add: a commitments section for dates that are truly fixed (legal, contractual) and why, a rule that Later items are not promises, a table of themes mapped to goals, and a communication guide for sales and customers (what can be said about the roadmap). Include a review cadence. For each theme add the leading indicator we will watch in the first month and the decision date at which we will confirm, change, or drop the bet. Show the Now column with at most three themes to protect focus.
