Create a product health scorecard. Product and data: [PRODUCT_AND_DATA]. Targets: [TARGETS].

Score each dimension from 1 to 5 and define what 1, 3, and 5 mean for it before scoring: adoption (activation rate), engagement (frequency, depth), retention (cohort), satisfaction (survey, support themes), reliability (incidents, errors), performance, monetization (conversion, ARPU), strategic fit. For each, state the metric, current value, target, trend, and the score with its justification from my data. If data is missing, write "no data" and do not score it.

Output format:
1. A table: Dimension | Metric | Value | Target | Trend (up, flat, down) | Score | Owner.
2. The weighted overall score with weights I can adjust (default equal), calculated with the arithmetic shown, using only the scored dimensions.
3. The two weakest dimensions with recommended actions and owners.
4. A three-sentence narrative naming the strongest and weakest dimension and the next action for each.
5. A rule for monthly review and the date of the next one.
