For each metric provide: Name | Definition in plain words | Formula | Source and tables | Time window | Inclusions and exclusions (internal users, test accounts, refunds) | Owner | Update frequency | Known issues | Example calculation with small made-up numbers labeled as an example. Highlight metrics with several definitions in use and propose a single definition with reasons.

Add a change process (who approves definition changes, how history is restated), naming conventions, and a quarterly audit checklist. Include three questions to test each metric (does it measure what we care about? can it be gamed? will we act on it?). Use only my list.

Mark each metric with a status (agreed, disputed, retired), list the dashboards and reports that use it, and for disputed ones propose a single definition and the date by which the metric owner should approve it.
