Customer Feedback Triage System
Turn scattered feedback into insight.
The Open buttons send the prompt text as currently shown below to that site only when you click. Fill in the placeholders first.
[VERIFY] is an editorial flag, not a blank to fill. Wherever the prompt shows [VERIFY], check that item against a reliable source before you use it.
Set up feedback triage. Feedback sources (support, sales calls, reviews, social, interviews): [SOURCES]. Volume and tools: [VOLUME_AND_TOOLS]. Sample of feedback: [FEEDBACK_SAMPLE]. Produce: a tagging scheme (type: bug, request, confusion, praise, complaint; area; segment; severity); a triage process (capture, tag, link to existing themes, count, review weekly); a template record: Date | Source | Customer segment | Verbatim | Underlying need | Theme | Impact | Link. Apply the scheme to my sample and show the results table with theme counts. Add rules: capture the underlying need not the requested solution, distinguish frequency from importance (a rare request from a key segment may matter), do not promise features, and close the loop with customers. Provide a monthly insight summary template (top themes, trend, quotes, recommended actions) and privacy cautions about personal data in feedback [VERIFY]. Use only my sample. Show the tagged version of five items from my sample as worked examples, and give the weekly digest layout with counts for new, recurring, and resolved themes so trends are visible over time.
