Map assumptions for a product idea. The idea: [IDEA]. Target customers: [CUSTOMERS]. Business model: [BUSINESS_MODEL]. What we already know: [KNOWN_FACTS].

List 15 or more assumptions in the four categories: desirability (do people want it?), viability (will it work for the business?), feasibility (can we build it?), and usability. Plot each on a 2x2 table by importance (if wrong, the idea fails) and evidence (little or lots). Show the table: Assumption | Category | Importance (1 to 5) | Evidence (1 to 5) | Priority = importance - evidence | Test | Success criterion | Time and cost.

Select the top five risky assumptions and design a test for each (interview, landing page, prototype, pricing conversation, technical spike) with a pass/fail threshold set before testing. Add a template to record results and decisions (persevere, pivot, stop). Include warnings about confirmation bias and about testing easy things first.

Give the test plan as a table with test, cost in hours, duration in days, sample size, pass threshold, and fail threshold, and recommend the order of tests by cheapest first among those that could kill the idea.
