Add a plan for sharing back what I learned without attributing comments unfairly. Do not invent opinions of real people or claim to know internal politics; use only what I give. Treat anything I record about colleagues as sensitive and share only with consent. Do not guess at motives; write observations instead. Add a worked example with invented figures: roles of sales lead (influence 4, affected 5), engineering manager (5, 4) and support lead (3, 5).
