Add an ethics section on honesty with participants, handling personal data, and not making promises the team cannot keep. Include a debrief interview guide of six questions and a decision template with options Build, Change, Test again, Stop. Do not invent customer demand or results. Thresholds must be my own, set before the test. If participants pay money or share sensitive data, check consumer, payment and privacy rules [VERIFY]. Add a worked example with invented figures: 12 participants, 45 manual minutes per request, 3 requests per participant, and a threshold of at least 6 of 12 returning for a second request.
