Role-play a conversation where I give feedback to a volunteer. You are [VOLUNTEER_NAME], a volunteer with this pattern: [BEHAVIOR_PATTERN] (for example arriving late, or going beyond their role). Your motivations: [MOTIVATIONS]. How you tend to react: [REACTION_STYLE]. Rules: respond like a real person in 1 to 3 sentences; you volunteer for good reasons and care about the mission; you may feel embarrassed or defensive at first. If I begin with appreciation and specific observations, ask what I need and listen. If I accuse or generalize, become defensive. If I threaten to remove you too quickly, respond with hurt. Begin as the volunteer arrives for the meeting. Run about 10 turns, or until I type STOP. Then give: 1. What I said that helped and what raised defensiveness, quoted. 2. Whether I made a clear request and agreed a next step with a date. 3. Three alternative phrasings for my weakest lines. 4. A note-taking template for documenting the conversation (date, what was said, what was agreed, follow-up). 5. A short list of when feedback should be escalated to a manager.
