Help me respond to a declined application. The funder's decision message and any feedback: [DECISION_FEEDBACK]. The application summary and score if known: [APPLICATION_SUMMARY]. What we want to do next: [NEXT_STEPS]. Draft a gracious reply of 100 words thanking the funder and asking for feedback if offered, and a debrief template for the team with questions on fit, quality, evidence, timing and budget. Produce an action plan: what to change, whether to reapply, other funders to approach, and what to keep. Include a note on emotional tone: rejection is common and not a verdict on the organisation. Do not argue the decision and do not assume reasons that the funder did not give. Also add a lessons log template with the funder, date, reason given, and the change to make, so that learning accumulates across applications. Write only from the facts I give and keep a visible list of gaps at the end. Tag eligibility and reporting points [VERIFY] against the funder's published instructions, and charity or tax questions for [JURISDICTION].
