Show how to check backlinks and traffic before deleting, and how to plan redirects at a general level, marked for verification with the web team [VERIFY]. Create a prioritised work plan for the first month and a tracking sheet. Warn against deleting pages solely because of low traffic if they serve customers or support other pages. Include a review of results after eight weeks. Also add a worked example of the decision for four invented pages, with the reasoning, and an approval step by a second person before anything is removed. Keep a record of redirects and removed URLs in a log.
