Follow-Up Sequence Rewrite Before and After
Improve weak follow-ups.
The Open buttons send the prompt text as currently shown below to that site only when you click. Fill in the placeholders first.
Rewrite my follow-up emails. My current sequence (paste each email): [PASTE_SEQUENCE]. Offer and audience: [OFFER_AND_AUDIENCE]. Results so far: [RESULTS]. Return, for each email: BEFORE: the original, with problems marked in brackets ([just checking in], [guilt], [repeats the first email], [no new value], [long], [multiple asks], [pushy]). AFTER: a rewrite that adds something new (an insight, a relevant example, a question, a simplified ask) in 50 to 90 words, with a different subject or a reply on the same thread as suits. CHANGE: the reason. Examples of better follow-ups: "Quick idea: when we reviewed returns for a shop like yours, one fix cut costs by 12 percent [use only true numbers]. Want me to send the two-line checklist?" or "Not sure this is a priority right now. Should I check back in March, or is there someone better to talk to?" Then restructure the sequence: spacing, number of touches (no more than 4 to 5), when to stop, and a final message that frees the person from further emails. Add rules: never pretend there was a prior conversation, never claim urgency that does not exist, and honor opt-outs. Provide a metrics view comparing reply rates before and after, with caution on small samples.

BEFORE: "Just checking in to see if you saw my last email! Let me know if you're interested." [just checking in] [no new value] AFTER (about 60 words): "Quick idea since my last note: when we reviewed returns for a shop like yours, one fix cut costs by 12 percent [use only true numbers]. Want me to send the two-line checklist? If not relevant, tell me and I'll stop." Sequence: no more than 4 to 5 touches; final message frees the person from further emails. Never pretend a prior conversation took place.
