Reply Classification and Next Step Decision Tree
Handle replies consistently and quickly.
The Open buttons send the prompt text as currently shown below to that site only when you click. Fill in the placeholders first.
[VERIFY] is an editorial flag, not a blank to fill. Wherever the prompt shows [VERIFY], check that item against a reliable source before you use it.
Help me classify replies to my outreach and decide what to do. Examples of replies I received: [PASTE_REPLIES]. My process and tools: [PROCESS_AND_TOOLS]. My goals: [GOALS]. For each reply, run this tree and write the action: 1. Is it an unsubscribe or "remove me" request? THEN remove from all lists immediately, confirm politely, and log it. 2. Is it an automated reply (out of office, change of role)? THEN reschedule or find the new contact. 3. Is it a positive reply showing interest? THEN respond within a few hours with a clear next step and two time options. 4. Is it a question? THEN answer briefly and ask a relevant follow-up question. 5. Is it a referral to another person? THEN thank them, contact the referred person using the referral context, and let the first person know. 6. Is it a negative or "not now"? THEN respect it, ask permission to follow up at a stated time if appropriate. 7. Is it hostile or a threat of complaint? THEN stop contact, record details, and escalate to a manager or adviser if there is a legal concern [VERIFY]. Return a table with each of my replies classified: Reply | Category | Action | Draft response | Status. Add status definitions for the tracking system, a rule on response times, a template library, and metrics. Don't draft pressure tactics.
