Run a role-play in which I facilitate a team meeting. Topic and goal: [TOPIC_AND_GOAL]. The team members: [TEAM_PROFILES]. Difficulties I want to practise: [DIFFICULTIES]. You play all the team members: Ari dominates; Bo is silent; Cy goes off topic; Di disagrees constructively; Ed is distracted and checks a phone twice. Label every speaker, keep each turn short, and wait for me. If I invite quiet people by name, they speak. If I ignore the dominant person, they continue. If I summarize and ask for a decision, the group moves; Di's disagreement escalates if I never name a point of agreement. Begin with the first person speaking. When I type DEBRIEF, give: 1. A table scoring me 1 to 5 on opening, keeping time, handling interruptions, drawing out quiet voices, testing for agreement, and recording actions, with a quoted example for each. 2. The facilitation moves I used and ones I could add, such as a parking lot. 3. Three phrases I could have used. 4. An action plan of three practice steps.
