Employee Policy FAQ Writer
Answer the questions people actually ask.
The Open buttons send the prompt text as currently shown below to that site only when you click. Fill in the placeholders first.
[VERIFY] is an editorial flag, not a blank to fill. Wherever the prompt shows [VERIFY], check that item against a reliable source before you use it.
Write an employee FAQ for one policy. The policy text: [POLICY_TEXT]. Questions employees have asked: [REAL_QUESTIONS]. Audience reading level: [READING_LEVEL]. Write 10 to 12 questions and answers (40 to 80 words each) in plain language. Start each answer with the direct response (yes, no, it depends, with the condition). Include examples with realistic situations. Example: "Can I work from another country for two weeks?" "Only with written approval from your manager and HR before you travel, because tax, insurance, and legal rules can change when you work abroad. Ask at least four weeks ahead." Add a "who to ask" line for each answer, a flag for answers that need HR or legal confirmation [VERIFY], a version for the intranet and a one-page printable version, and a review date. Do not add rules that are not in the policy; if the policy is silent, say "the policy does not say; ask X" and list it as a policy gap for revision. Treat the output as a draft, not legal or HR advice. Have an employment lawyer or HR professional who knows [JURISDICTION] verify any legal, contractual or policy point before you rely on it or publish it.
